1.) OPERATION INFORMATION｜营业信息
Our boutique replies to all in-platform messages 10 AM – 8 PM (GMT+8), Monday–Saturday. We will respond within 48 hours.
本店客服营业时间为上午10点至晚上8点（GMT+8），周一至周六。所有平台内消息将在48小时内回复。
2.) GENERAL TERMS｜一般条款

Top Grade Only. Our bags are premium-grade pre-owned items with excellent craftsmanship and market-leading quality.
仅售顶配。 本店所售为顶配中古包，工艺精细、品质出众，为市面最高等级。

Condition Disclosure. Minor wear, stitching variance, or slight odor may be present and is considered normal. Photos and descriptions are final.
成色说明。 轻微磨损、走线差异或储存气味为正常现象，所有商品图文说明均为最终依据。
C Personal Use Only. All items sold are for individual use. Resale under our brand name is not permitted.

3.) WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY｜保固与退换政策

Non-Warranty Items 不可保固项目
• 特殊定制款、私下改动过的包款（如剪短肩带、改色）不适用于退换或保修。
• Customized or altered items are excluded from warranty.

Valid Return Conditions 有效退换条件
• 包裹错发、严重破损，或与描述严重不符（必须在签收24小时内反馈并提供完整开箱视频）。
• Wrong item or major discrepancy (must be reported within 24 hours with full unboxing video).

Return Process 退换流程
i. 联系客服，说明问题并提供订单号和照片；
ii. 客服核实后发出RMA（退货授权码）；
iii. 须在3天内寄回，保留所有配件（如防尘袋、吊牌、填充物等），商品保持原状；
iv. 质检通过后，按情况处理换货、维修或退款（退款将扣除手续费与运费）。
iv. 处理时间 – 我们将在收到退货后7个工作日内完成检验与处理。
